GUARANTEE:
We do our best to insure every gift basket arrives in great condition, but in the event it arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we will replace the damaged items. If the entire basket arrives completely damaged, please keep everything (damaged basket, box, packaging materials etc.) for UPS inspection. We will send out a replacement basket immediately.

CORRECT AND COMPLETE ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information that includes:

  • Recipient name
  • Company name
  • Street number and street name
  • Floor, suite, apt #
  • City, state zip code
  • Telephone #

(We cannot ship or deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and rural routes)
Incorrect shipping/delivery information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees ($5 -$10). These fees are imposed by the carrier and will be charged to the purchaser.

REFUND POLICY:
Store credit given to the return of non-food items only with 30 days with authorization (less 25% wrapping fee if a gift basket). Please call us to obtain authorization. All merchandise must be returned to us in good condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. All food items are final sale unless otherwise arranged or damaged. If damaged, we will replace items immediately. All holiday items are final sale. Delivery/shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DELIVERING/SHIPPING CHOCOLATE AND FRESH CHEESES:
Depending on weather and shipping destination, we may need to substitute chocolates & fresh cheeses with other comparable items, equal in quality, to assure your gift baskets arrives in great condition.

DELIVERING/SHIPPING FRUIT BASKETS:
We do not UPS fruit/vegetable baskets due to their perishable nature. They are available for hand delivery only. Because we custom design all of our fruit baskets and only use the freshest fruit available, delivery is delayed by one business day. If your destination address falls under the “same day delivery” area, your fruit basket will be delivered the next day. If your destination address falls under the “next day delivery” area, it will be the following business day. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but we feel that delivering the freshest fruit possible is worth the extra day. We never stock fruit, so we are never trying to get rid of old fruit. That is our guarantee.

SALES TAX COLLECTION:
Sales tax will only be collected if your package is delivered or shipped in New York. You enjoy tax free shopping on all orders being shipped outside of New York. A lot of the bigger gift basket companies cannot offer this because they have locations throughout the country.

We know that some gift basket companies offer free shipping. If a basket company claims to have free shipping, they are most likely putting that shipping cost into the basket. When you order a $50.00 gift basket from us, you are getting a $50.00 gift basket. That is our guarantee.

All gift baskets shipped UPS NEXT DAY, 2ND and 3RD DAY AIR are shipped using a dimensional weight chart. Shipping costs are based upon the size of the box, not the weight.  Since gift baskets are not small, this can be costly regardless of what your package actually weighs. Our alternative is to ship your package through U.S. Post Office. Their priority mail transit times are approximately two days throughout the country and they do not use dimensional weight to calculate the postage. Please call customer service to place your order if you want to use U.S. Postal Service.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO:

  • We ship UPS Ground only to the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Rural Routes.
  • UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • Addresses must be correct and complete to avoid additional charges.
  • Normal shipping days do not include Saturday or Sunday. We hand deliver locally on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Fruit baskets are only available for hand delivery.
  • Shipping/delivery delays may occur during holidays.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times with any UPS shipments. But please note that UPS is extremely reliable and we very rarely experience problems with transit times, even during the holidays.
  • Sales tax is only collected on shipments within New York.
  • Shipping/delivery charges will be calculated on the final page of shopping cart.
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees.
  • Shipping/delivery charges are nonrefundable.
  • Shipping to hospitals is not recommended, and therefore, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages sent to hospitals.

DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS:
We suggest you send your package to the recipient’s home rather than the hospital. We do not deliver directly to the hospital room; we must leave the package at a delivery station within the hospital. Therefore, we cannot control the amount of time it takes your package to actually get to the patient. It is possible that the patient will be discharged from the hospital within this time, resulting in a pick up charge, a re-delivery charge and a delay in getting your package to the recipient. We know you want your gift to be received quickly, and by sending it to the home address, you eliminate all the problems that can occur at the hospital.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY DATE GUARANTEE:
We offer SAME DAY DELIVERY and NEXT DAY DELIVERY to certain areas. During the peak holiday month of December, delivery dates may be delayed. We will make every effort to accommodate your delivery request but due to high order volume, your package will be delivered on or as close to your preferred delivery date.

Please note any important information in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" box. Ex. “Office is closed on Wednesdays”, “Mr. Smith will be leaving on vacation on Friday” etc. This will help us expedite you package to the appropriate delivery day.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY/SHIPPING CHARGES:
Additional charges will be added if a package has to be re-delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by the customer. UPS does charge a fee for any corrections they have to make to an address. Including, but not limited to, adding suite and apt numbers to correcting zip codes. So please make sure the address you submit has all delivery information. Additional charges will be $6.00 - $10.00.

MULTIPLE GIFTS TO THE SAME ADDRESS?
If you have more than one gift basket to the same address, there will be a delivery discount. The first gift basket will be charged the regular delivery charge, each additional gift basket will be $6.00 due to space and time allotments.
